Clayton Vance
Clayton Vance is a licensed Architect who has lived in every major region of the U.S., from Los Angeles to Philadelphia, in urban, suburban, and rural environments. He has also lived and traveled abroad to gain architectural insights from various cultures.​
He earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, focusing on traditional urbanism and architecture. He also holds a B.S. in Landscape Design from Brigham Young University.​
Clayton has overseen the design of more than 200 residential projects with his team, and his expertise spans a wide range of styles, from classical to mountain modern.

Juliette Yu
Juliette Yu is a licensed architect who was born and raised in Chicago. Her experience ranges from the ground-up design and construction of multi million residential and commercial properties to the rehabilitation of historic structures and spaces.
Over the course of the past ten years, notable projects have included work and involvement in historic residences on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago and Embassy Row in Washington D.C. She also participated in the exhibit design for the 9/11 Memorial Museum and traveling exhibits for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
Juliette completed her M.Arch at the University of Notre Dame after obtaining her AB from the University of Chicago and her MA from Yale University.

Benae M. Buss
Benae M. Buss was born in 1991 in Provo, Utah. She then spent the next 20 years living on both coasts and abroad. She holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from Utah State University, where she had the opportunity to learn under Rose Tarlow. She also has a Master of Architecture from Notre Dame University; where she studied under Driehaus Winners Sebastian and Julia Treese, as well as founding and charter members for the Congress for New Urbanism. Benae started working for Clayton Vance Architecture in 2019 and has been an integral part since.

Ben Chandler
Ben Chandler, an aspiring architect with a passion for traditional design, is currently completing his classical training in the Bachelor of Architecture program at Utah Valley University. His fascination with the built environment began in high school, where he immediately fell in love with architecture after his first class. Throughout his career, Ben has served as project manager and lead designer for over 100 diverse projects, ranging from backyard additions to multi-million dollar homes. His hands-on approach and deep interest in traditional building methods, such as timber framing and masonry, reflect his commitment to architectural craftsmanship.

Colton J. Korpi
Colton J. Korpi was born and raised in Utah and is an aspiring architect currently pursuing a Bachelors of Architecture degree at Utah Valley University. His passion for design started at a young age helping his father with side projects and building things around the house. He is also a student leader of the ICAA Rising Vitruvians group at UVU with the commitment of advancing the architectural knowledge among his peers. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast and finds inspiration in nature through activities like rock climbing, camping, ice fishing, and motorcycle riding. His design approach reflects on these experiences and has cultivated a deep respect for integrating architecture with its natural surroundings.

Carlos Mendoza
Born in 1980 in Nicaragua, Carlos Mendoza earned a degree in Architecture from the National University of Engineering (UNI) in Managua. With over 16 years of experience in architectural drafting, Carlos spent five years as an architectural draftsman and 11 years with the Municipality of Managua, specializing in 2D drafting and later developing expertise in architectural visualization.
In 2016, he began collaborating as a freelance artist with Clayton Vance Architecture, focusing on 3D artistic representations. Since 2021, Carlos has been a full-time team member, creating high-quality renderings that bring the firm’s projects to life.
